Meet Steven Jordan, real estate expert, certified project manager, and outdoor enthusiast. With a track record of planning and managing large-scale, multi-phase programs that generated substantial cost savings, performance improvements and incremental revenue streams for Fortune 500 and multinational corporations, Steven is known for his ability to get things done.

“I have very high threshold for managing stress and making things feel calm and easy in a real estate transaction,” he says. “My business background and financial knowledge help me put the right strategies in place.”

Steven pursued architectural studies at a technological university and earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Western Michigan University. His Six Sigma certification proves he possesses the skills to identify errors or defects in a business process and eliminate them.

Taking his passion for project management and coupling it with his love for architecture led Steven to obtain his real estate license. But it wasn’t until he found Maxavenue that he realized his two passions could be combined.

When Steven moved to Austin from Michigan two decades ago, he fell in love with the vibrant city he’s thrilled to call home. That enthusiasm has never waned, and he’s delighted to share the highlights with clients who are new to the area.

“One of the things I love about Austin, even after being here a long time, is that you can travel up a certain path and there’s a best keep secret right around the corner,” he says. “I know the ins and out and I can say, ‘Go down this road, turn around, crest the hill, and you’ll have a great view of the skyline. Or, there’s this fun and funky coffee shop, and the Armadillo Christmas Bazaar filled with things made by artists.”

While the real estate expert specializes in Downtown Austin, Clarksville, and Central Austin, finding the right solution for his clients is Steven’s ultimate goal. Whether it’s downtown condos or Mid-century modern or historic homes, Steven loves exploring Austin’s unique properties to locate the right fit for each client.

When he isn’t immersed in negotiating on behalf of his clients, Steven spends time outdoors kayaking, canoeing, and biking. He also enjoys taking advantage of Austin’s burgeoning restaurant scene by dining out with friends. Sharing his broad knowledge base, Steven has tutored elementary school students.
