Steve Hernandez was born and raised in San Antonio, went to college in San Marcos after serving in the U.S. Navy and eventually relocated to Austin in the late 1990’s.  Steve has been a licensed Realtor since 2001 and a Broker since 2005. Steve has extensive experience in just about every type of residential real estate or land transaction and he has closed real estate transactions from San Antonio to Austin.  Steve has experience in Custom and new home construction, home and land financing, home and land buying and selling, real estate investment, short sales, foreclosures, GREEN upgrades such as solar power and rain water collection, military relocation and much more!

Steve is also a proud Navy Veteran serving 8 years for the Navy Seabees and then transferred to Amphibious Assault Unit 1, based in Coronado California.
