“I’ve grown with this city,” says Sheryl who has been an Austin resident for over 36 years. “I understand market trends and patterns and use that knowledge to guide buyers and sellers in their real estate decision-making.” Indeed, Sheryl’s clients rely on her trusted guidance and decades of experience to help them make smart real estate decisions with outstanding results. Over the course of her career, Sheryl has sold well over $300 million in real estate. Born and raised in the Midwest, Sheryl attended the University of Michigan before relocating to the sunny beaches of Southern California. After receiving her Masters Degree in Education from Pepperdine University, Sheryl taught kindergarten and elementary school for 14 years. “Working with children taught me endless patience, and the ability to listen and communicate on all levels,” Sheryl says. “Now, I can do that with my buyers and sellers.” Education continues to play an essential role in Sheryl’s career today. For 35 years, Sheryl lived in West Lake Hills with her husband and their family of eight. “I know Westlake with my eyes closed,” says Sheryl. Recently, Sheryl downsized and relocated to the Oak Hill community, so her clients also benefit from her exceptional firsthand knowledge of Southwest Austin. Sheryl also possesses specialized knowledge in buying and selling multi-million dollar luxury properties, especially on the scenic waterfront of Lake Austin. She greatly enjoys working with families and individuals relocating from out of town. “If my clients have never been to Austin, it’s essential that they get a feel for this city with an in-depth tour. I absolutely provide that,” says Sheryl. “Knowledge is the best means to a smooth and stree-free transaction.”

As a listing agent, Sheryl knows that one of the greatest challenges is helping sellers price their home.
