Meet Preston Stilovich, second-generation real estate expert, drummer, and marathon runner. Preston turned a passion for adding memorable value to the lives of others into the real estate career of his dreams. His real estate roots run deep, as do his ties to the Austin community he calls home.
“My father’s been a leader in commercial real estate for over 30 years, so a thirst for investment property knowledge is in my blood,” says Preston, “but with a passion for customer service, I always knew that I’d build a customer focused real estate business.”

“Many would call me a fitness enthusiast, and there’s a strong fitness vibe in Austin that resonated with me at an early age,” says the four-time marathoner, who enjoys scenic runs around Town Lake and the Barton Creek Greenbelt with his four-legged rescue mutt, Emma.
