Paul helped us find our first two houses, as well as sell our first house. He is such a dedicated real estate agent and really knows the market. When we decided to move, we did everything Paul told us to clutter our home; paint; new carpet; new garage doors....we did not want to do it, but our house sold in 5 days. The buyers told us it was the cleanest house they had seen. Then when we found our current house, it was under contract and fell through. We had to wait until our house closed and the sellers were gun shy and wanted to keep showing the house. Paul worked very closely with their agent who convinced them to hold on. We have now been in that house for 15 years. Paul is the only reason we have this house! We can’t recommend Paul highly enough!

Our situation was difficult, our needs were complex, and our funds were limited. Nevertheless, Paul helped us to strategize and maximize our search efforts. He has an excellent understanding of the requirements for the particular type of loan we had been approved for, and he knew exactly how to help us go after houses that met all of our needs. He made himself available to us, often helping us to see houses the day they hit the market. He never gave up, even through setbacks. He was with us every step of the way and helped us to achieve our goal of home ownership, despite the many obstacles that we faced. With his help, we found the perfect house for all of our needs. If we ever decide to do this again, he'll be the first person that we call. I highly recommend Paul Kroschewsky!

Paul helped me and my wife find our first home in Austin. His long-time experience with real estate in the Austin area was a huge help to narrow down our search. He did not rush us into buying a home. He even advised us not to buy some of the first homes we visited because of the money we would need to spend for repairs and also because he spotted indicators of foundation problems . Paul also knows fair and quality contractors if you need anything to get done in your home. It was a huge help for us to get a good painter before we moved in.

Paul is a pro. He helped us sell our home in Lakeway in just two days. It was an older home and there were few like it on the market, so finding the right price--so that it would sell quickly and fairly--was tricky. It also wasn't a neighborhood in which he had sold many homes, but with his professionalism and years of experience, he was also able to guide us effectively. He was helpful finding subcontractors as we went through the process of making some repairs as requested by the buyer. We appreciated his insight and responsiveness throughout the process. Selling a home can be an emotional process for all of the family, and he was sensitive to that. I would recommend Paul to any of my friends looking to sell their home in Austin and surrounding communities.

Paul is a very competent realtor, having served Austin area clients for over 30 years. He was my realtor when my house was sold a few years ago. He exhibited the same understanding and skill during my purchase of another home. Paul is very capable realtor, from his ability to work with other realtors, to his adeptness to identify honest and efficient service professionals, ie. mortgage lenders; roof repair technicians. The quality of his work is exemplified in his repeat business, when clients return to him for their next residence sale and purchase!

Paul sold my Austin home in 2018. I followed his recommendations and had work done on my floors/walls. We ended up selling for significantly more than the market value! What a blessing! Thank you Paul!

I can't recommend Paul enough! He was a wonderful resource for my wife and I as we were buying our first home. He was patient with us and was willing to show us as many houses as we needed to see before we found the perfect fit. He has decades of experience in the Austin market and it showed. This really came through when we wanted to make a few changes after our purchase but before we moved in. Paul has contacts for every type of home repair, maintenance, or update job that you can imagine. We are super happy with how everything turned out!
