Julie’s dedication to ensuring her clients are comfortable at every stage of a real estate transaction is her speciality.
“I excel at guiding people through complex situations and helping them feel confident and secure knowing they’re getting the absolute most for their money,” says Julie.
Meet Julie Papandrea: Marketing expert, problem solver, and mom of three.
Before joining Maxavenue, Julie, who is fluent in Spanish, spent 13 years working in various leadership roles within the marketing team at an international technology company headquartered in Austin, TX.
After having her three daughters, Julie found herself looking for a career that utilized her skillset and allowed her to help others while remaining close to home.
Working as landlord and investor, Julie helped many people navigate complicated housing situations. From there, she earned her real estate license and has loved being an integral part of the homebuyers’ and sellers’ journey. Always striving to broaden her knowledge base, in 2017 Julie earned the Certified International Property Specialist and Graduate Realtor Institute designations.
“I discovered how meaningful and rewarding it is to work with happy homebuyers,” says Julie. “It’s satisfying to be instrumental in creating an ideal match and meeting goals. I made a t-shirt that says ‘A great agent makes it look easy!’”
In order to ensure her clients receive her undivided attention, Julie limits the number of home buyers and sellers she works with at the same time. That commitment to providing best-in-class customer service is what led Julie to Maxavenue.
“I am continually impressed with the experts Maxavenue has in place who are there to support me and my clients,” says Julie. “Because of my background, I know how critical an effective marketing strategy is. But that also means that I know delivering and executing on that level is a full-time job. You can’t be the best when you dabble in everything, and that’s why it’s so important to work with people who specialize. When I show clients what Maxavenue’s marketing team is able to do for them, they realize their home is going to fly off the market.”
Julie is thrilled to have Maxavenue’s Persona Targeted Marketing and Persona Targeted Home Staging systems at her disposal as they allow her to systematically attract the buyer most likely to purchase the home for the highest price.
“I want my clients to feel confident that they’re getting the most for their money and secure in knowing that everything is being handled for them,” says Julie. “Thanks to Maxavenue’s Business Team, experts are always working on their behalf.”
Julie experience in the technology industry trained her to constantly be looking one step ahead. As the real estate market changes, Julie and Maxavenue are prepared to address that shift and serve as consumer champions, guiding buyers and sellers every step of the way.
“Often customers underestimate the value of having a real estate agent,” says Julie. “Maxavenue’s proven systems allow me to exceed my clients’ expectations by keeping them informed and getting them to the closing table with as little stress as possible.”
Julie points to The Maximum Value Home Buying System®, which is just one of the features that illustrates Maxavenue’s commitment to serving as consumer champions by helping clients earn and save thousands.
“Buying or selling a home is a serious matter and knowing Maxavenue’s proven track record of success allows me to offer my clients peace of mind and still make the process fun for them,” says Julie.
Though she’s lived in Austin for 24 years, Julie says she’s still awed by all the city has to offer.
“I love that we have a casual atmosphere and crazy creativity all around,” she says. “There is so much talent to celebrate, from high-tech wizards, music, and education to the tons of entrepreneurs pursuing their goals. On top of that, we cherish the Texas southern culture and truly enjoy diversity with people from all over the world that make Austin their home. It adds tremendously to Austin’s uniqueness within Texas.”
Whether she’s spending time in the Hill Country, on the lake, or in Downtown Austin, Julie says she’s always discovering new and fun areas that are popping up all over the city.
When she isn’t helping clients achieve maximum value, Julie enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
